With all the news about iCloud not being secure due to the lack of 2 step verification, I've been wondering why Apple has not implemented it. Is it because they would have to update both operating systems to have a new interface for the authentication? It's really important as an iCloud account gives access to tracking and wiping devices, your data, and backups.

They have it for iTunes, but not iCloud? It's a major security flaw. Passwords are no longer secure with all these websites getting hacked, and emails and passwords are being taken. I hope they do something about it soon.
