I'm looking for a sketch journal which has full text editing support and freehand drawing input with fully syncing versions for Macs and iPads and iPhones and which doesn't require any kind of subscription nor have any scammy in-app purchases required to make the thing at all functional, though, I'm happy to pay a one time fee to purchase each iteration of the app. Ideally, the desktop version would allow Wacom input and the "journal entries" would remain fully editable across all platforms. Does this exist?
