Bose QC20i or Bose SIE2i

Hi everybody. I'm about to buy a pair of in-ear headphones, but I hesitate between the Bose Qc20i and the Bose SIE2i. I want to know what model is more worth to be bought

I can have the Bose Qc20i for 235 dollars instead of 330 and the Bose SIE2i for 81,58 instead of 135.

So which model is more worth to be bought.
