Grey screen in bootcamping Win 8

Hi'

After installation of Windows 8.0 in bootcamp. The Mac Mini 2012 automatically start up in Windows (have set the start disk in OSX 10.9 to bootcamp).

But each time I start the Mac Mini the start procedure is like this:

Apple chime,
Apple grey screen,
Black screen,
Windows start up screen.

Can't I skip the Apple part when running Windows 8 ?
