Canada Return Policy?

Just wondering here... does anyone know if you can return an MBA after opening it/trying it out in Canada? I've heard things on hereabout a 2-week return policy but have always heard before that "you open it, you keep it"... Anyone know the answer to this? Would be very very very VERY helpful to know.

Even better Though I might be buying it less than 2 weeks before Jan 7, so I'm hoping it'll still last till the full 2 weeks.
