How can I do a clean installation of Mavericks 10.9.1 on Late 2013 Retina Macbook Pro

Hi I need some help -

I bought a late 2013 15' Retina Macbook Pro and it came with 10.9.0 build number 13A3017.

Now 10.9.1 is out, and I wanted to download the full installation image and burn it to thumb drive and do a full clean re-installation.

But I just found Mac App Store doesn't allow me to download the full installation image, and my 10.9.0 can only be _upgraded_ to 10.9.1 with the 395MB incremental update package from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1712, this upgrade package is described as "It includes all updates from OS X Mavericks 10.9.1 plus system specific enhancements to improve the stability and compatibility of your Mac."

So maybe the full 5.29GB 10.9.1 on https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/os-x-mavericks/id675248567 is not compatible with the 2013 15' Late Retina Macbook Pro?

I just downloaded the upgrade package from Mac App Store and now I'm running 10.9.1 build number 13B3116

So my questions here: I really would like to do a clean full re-installation of 10.9.1, where can I get the full installation image which is compatible with 2013 15' Late Retina Macbook Pro?
 
Since you have updated to 10.9.1, you now have that version of the recovery partition. So if you just command-r boot to recovery then use Disk Util to erase Macintosh HD and afterward click reinstall OS... that will download and install 10.9.1 for you. This will give you a clean install of 10.9.1.
 
Literally have the same issue. Looks like it's not possible because the Mac App Store installer is designed for every single machine except Late 2013 Retina Macbook Pros, since they have a different build number.

Looks like the only way (at the moment) is to either use OSX Recovery or Internet Recovery to redownload 10.9.0/10.9.1. Really frustrating because usually an update will unify the special builds of newer machines into one but I guess not.
