I have got an iPhone 5S with iOS 7.0.4 which I use daily, but I have also got an old iPhone 3GS which I use for when I'm out drinking, incase I lose it.
I wanted to transfer my contacts to my 3GS from my 5S. Would that be possible?
I have tried restoring a backup from iTunes but because the firmware is older on the 3GS, it won't allow me.
