Hi Guys
Our pegasus r6 gets a red-light very frequently. Sometimes its within 2 hours sometimes a week.
We are using 6 brand new certified st1000dm003 drives.(probably clocked 20 hours max)
Promise email support said we could try installing new firmware on the drives themselves.
I haven't tried this yet .but I'm skeptical that it could be the problem.
Any suggestions on what else we could try or if you think this might fix it?
We are running the Pegasus r6 on a iMac mid 2011,Mountain lion.
We have the same problem on two separate identical systems.
both pegasus are just out of warranty .they both ran great for a year and a half now painful .thinking of shelving them and using thunderbolt G-raids.
