Hello all
With my iPad mini with the camera to the left and the on button to the right the lower half inch of the screen does not responds to tactile input.
For example, I go to Settings > Sounds > New Mail. After scrolling the screen all the way to the top I see on top Alert Tones text and the a list of Sounds, the one at the bottom is Ladder. When I touch it nothing happens, if I turn the iPad 90 degrees and touch it again the Ladder sound is set and played on the speakers.
Similar behaviour occurs in other situation with that imaginary last line in the screen.
Is there a way to reset this?

Your help and comments are appreciated?

I'm thinking that if you probably should try a "restore" of the the device. If that doesn't work it's likely a hardware issue and you should definitely return it for a replacement. Back up first!

I once had the same issue (unresponsive spot on screen) on a 3GS and the Apple Store swapped it out with no hassles.
