Just incase anyone was wondering, this version does NOT fix the bootloop issues encountered when trying to JB iPad 2 (Wifi) on iOS 7.0.4 (restore/clean install).

No, Saurik has not released the update for MobileSubstrate yet. Most likely includes the new version of Cydia though.

I installed it over Evasion 1.0.0 and it actually downgraded my Cydia

It only removed TaiG (which was only installed if your OS language was set to Chinese). There is no reason to re-install if you are already jailbroken, and had it install Cydia.

Anybody know where is the location of this illegal chinese app store, I already JB with evasi0n 1.0 and I want to check it with either ifunbox or ifile to make sure it is not install, don't want to JB again.
