iPhone Stock iOS App Issues

I am not able to open my Mail, Safari, and Weather apps. I did try "Restore All Settings" didn't fix it, was also recommended to delete:

com.apple.mobile.installation.plist & com.apple.LaunchServices-054.csstore in var/mobile/library/caches

My photos are also missing when I open the photos app, I can see them in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even the camera app.

I greatly appreciate your help!

Sounds like you installed a tethered jailbreak
Have you done a Just Boot Tethered or installed the new "untether" package from iH8Sn0w

Nope I have used evasi0n and only have that untether installed, even updated last night to see if that would fix

I do have app sync installed let me try and remove that.

OH MY GOSH! Thank you!! That worked I am so happy! I have been using chrome & the gmail app (which i hate). Thank you!! haha

And photo enhancer pro 2 was causing my issue with the photos app
