I want to migrate my user account from one internal drive to another within the same macbook pro. My wife and I used to have 2 laptops, not we have 1 shared and it is a pain to reboot and select the other hdd just to use my account.
I guess maybe I can just copy and paste the whole user folder? But I was planning on leaving my data on the 2nd drive and just having the account.
(maybe a similar but secondary question: what about my installed applications? can they also be copied over somehow?)
