Monitor for concoles and movies????help???

I need to buy a monitor and connect my MacBook Pro with it. Most of the time , I will be using the monitor for games(ps4 or xboxone ) and for movies as well...
I would like the size of my monitor between 24 to 27 inch... Lately, I have my eyes on lg 24ea53v-p.. So what do you think of that monitor and which monitor would you recommend me to get?

It's a nice monitor with no special distinctions. It has HDMI so you're covered in the consoles department.

Also, this should go in the Mac Peripherals sub-forum.
