Shared Photo Streams?

Hey Guys!

I just got a invitation from a colleague to share a photo stream, below is what the invitation email shows:

Subscribe John's "Holiday" Photo Stream?
You have been invited to view this "Photo Stream" and post their own photos, videos, and comments.
After joining, other users will see your e-mail address.

So i opened the link through my phone and the photos are shown in "Shared Streams", now my question is, by subscribing to this stream, have i given the other user any access to see anything on my phone? or is just only they can see whatever i post in the shared stream?
