Can you change the noise that happens when you move a file/files/folder into a folder? If so, how?

All you can do is disable the system sound effects in system preferences but that will take down all of them including things like emptying the trash etc.
I'd imagine if you can find where that particular sound effect lives you could overwrite it with a dummy blank audio file but to be honest I've never figured out where they live.
