I read that too.. Can't wait to try it out. Now that we do not need SBsettings anymore BiteSMS is my main reason to jailbreak
Why wait? You will only increase ur chance of something messing up when the signing window closes

7.1 isn't coming out until March. (According to rumors). However, Apple might release a 7.0.5 update that could close the jailbreak.

They mean that there is a possibility that Apple might release a 7.0.5 update to close the exploits used for the jailbreak and stop signing 7.0.4.
You can still jailbreak if they release 7.0.5 as long as you don't upgrade to it. But if you have any issue during the process and need to restore for any reason, then you'll be SOL. It's safer to do it now while you can still restore to 7.0.4.
I can hardly wait. I wish they'd at least post the betas for A7 devices. I'm chomping at the bit! That's the most valuable app I've had on my iPhone ever.
