Safari Bookmarks Sync'ing

I have an iMac 24, mid 2007, running OSX10.7.5, Safari 6.0.5.

Also use a 1st gen iPad, and 3rd gen iPod Touch.

The iPad and iPod both get along and sync Safari book marks via iCloud account..... the iMac refuses to play nice with either device or iCloud keeping the bookmarks sync'ed.

But the iMac's address book, notes, and apple mail all sync together.

Is it just that iCloud will not sync iMac Safari Bookmarks with the iPad or iPod????

You done guuuuud!!! The link you sent I had to use the second suggestion,,,, >Library>Safari>bookmarks.plist,,, then go back and do the first steps again. Now all is working and I am now again one happy dog-boy.

Think I'll go have a "refreshment" that has barley and hops in it.... heck, maybe a few!!!
