Make Attached Thumbnails Larger?

I know how to use the slider to change the size of the Thumbnails in Thumbnail view. What annoys me is that when I am attaching an image, as in for upload to a site, they are still waaay too small, and there is no slider there...

Anyone know how to make finder display larger thumbnails while attaching images?

having same issue with GMAIL and Chrome..
Attaching a pic from may Mac, when sending an email from Chrome.
is there a way to have all thumnails in a grid and make them bigger?
