I don't really use itunes on the computer but i tried today, when i first clicked on it it said it's not in English and to open the right itunes ( something along those lines) , i only had one itunes so i just downloaded another one 11.1.3.8 its called, but it wont recognize the phone, it' still charging but the icon doesn't appear in itunes for my iphone 
Also it says it can't connect to itunes store because i have no internet but i have wifi im using it right now it's fast 58 mbps
Also im using some cheap usb not the official since i lost that one
