Sync iPhone and Mavericks calendars

I have various kinds of calendars on my iPhone and my Mavericks Macbook. Some are on the device it self. Some are created in Google, Some are from my business email account. These calendars are not synced properly with my iPhone and the Macbook. I want to sync all of this so that I have the exact same caledars on both the devices. And I need to have 2 way sync. Is this something I can do? Will I be able to use iCloud or Google Calendar for this perpose? If yes how can I proceed? Thanks.
