Dock isn't working, please help!

okay, here is a screen shot of whats happening, (the dock is basically frozen, if i run the mouse along it nothing happens, but if i click on the icons they open, but there is no hiding and no magnification, i have tried reseting the docks settings and nothing works) it has been happening on and off for roughly a month, any advice?

I feel your pain, it happens to me every now and then, and oddly like you this just started like a month ago, weird. :eek:

A thread was talking about this around a week ago here, though no real reason/solution for it happening was found, though the original poster did say that quickly changing your resolution / restarting does solve the problem, even though just temporarily until the next time it happens. :(
