DMG Files & Folder Aliases

Hi Guys

I have just recently decided to create a dmg file to safely and securely contain important data.

I would like to place aliases in the finder sidebar that do not 'self remove' when I eject the dmg file.

Is there any way to keep the aliases intact within the sidebar when the dmg file is ejected ?

Thanks for any help and / or suggestions.
