iPhone Possibly a great idea! (we might be on to somethin)

Is there a tweak out there that can possibly allow ur jailbroken iPhone to operate in two different modes if not how could we make this happen
1.)User Mode, as well as 2.)Guest Mode
you can customize what apps what features are accessible per mode

if anyone has the name of this feature it will be gladly be appreciated
