anyone got any tips or tutorials on how to do glamour photos like this??

Get yourself a photographer who is used to doing stuff like that.

Garbage in, garbage out. No amount of retouching is going to make your camera-mounted flash home setup look like these.

Maybe this should be in the digital photography forum.

lol, camera mounted flash?? go pick up the latest issue of Vibe mag, last montsh King mag, FHM with anna nicole in it. my name is in all and more "photo credits" i do the raw images, but they are sent to vendors after that, just asking for tips.."garbage in and out"

Well, perhaps you should be a little more specific about what it is you want to know rather than just giving some examples of work that you'd like to emulate.

It's hard to know what you should do without knowing what your problems are.

If you can still get them as back issues (or as tutorial pdf's from http://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutorials) - Issue 99 Computer Arts Aug2004, and Issues 50 and 56 Computer Arts Projects (circa 2004). All have tutorial-style articles on photo-retouching using Photoshop which are relevant for you.
