OK, So my gf got an ipad air for Christmas.
I've been sticking little videos in a drop box folder for her, along with some TV series episodes. She's been happily downloading these and playing via VLC.
However I put a few things up there today, and she says that when she clicks download, the little status bar isn't moving - nothing is happening.
I firstly had her check her internal storage, which is fine as she's been deleting stuff as she goes. I thought I'd copied up every type of file for her (why I suggested VLC as the better player) but these are mp4 files. Is there an obvious reason they're not downloading?
I really am pretty sure I've done mp4s for her before.
I've told her to download itunes and try downloading the files through that.
Any ideas or suggestions guys?
