Had anyone noticed that when connected to a bluetooth car stereo, maps gives the option to use an HFP profile so the voice prompts play through the car speakers, when NOT in USB mode? I.e listening to FM radio, the voice prompts should interrupt and play just like an incoming phone call would.
Haven't been able to get it to work with my Pioneer though.

It works on my Honda Accord, once I did the Siri Eyes Free update on the car's audio. The beginning of the turn-by-turn gets cut off though. Apple needs to program in a pause before Siri begins to speak so the car has a chance to catch up.

No go in my 2011 VW Touareg.

Funny thing is it works in my buddy's VW Passat which has a more inferior sound system.
