Im trying to delete a dumb idiotic junk file in my parallels desktop thing, and i can't edit permission and even sudo rm it just says, permission denied?

And you want it to delete that file from Mac OS X, while Windows 7 is running in Parallels Desktop or while it is not running? Or do you want to delete it from within Windows 7?
And what permissions are set for that file and for that volume? Is it a disk image? Normally it should not be at that location, it should be inside the VM, as it is a page file for that VM.

Its not a disk image and the permissions are read and write but unchangeable.
