iPod read pdf's on ipod video

Be a good idea but I'm afraid to say it's not currently possible.

Go to apple.com and offer it as a suggestion.
 
I suppose you could use preview to convert it to a jpeg, drag it to iPhoto, and sync it to your iPod from there. Probably not too useful though.
