Can Pandora Accessory mode be disabled?

When I charge my phone via USB in my car, that annoying accessory mode turns on, and I can't use the pandora controls on the screen while the phone stays plugged in.

Also I can't charge via power outlet since my radar detector is already using it. That accessory mode adds no functionality (I can already use the steering wheel controls when just connected via Bluetooth), all it does is annoy the hell out of me.

So is there any way to disable that? Perhaps something through Cydia?
