I've been using Windows 7 VM set up through Parallels for a couple of years now without any issues until recently when I installed Parallels 9 (required when I upgraded OS X to Mountain Lion on my rMBP).
After the Parallels 9 was installed, somehow mouse clicks (both left and right clicks) are not recognized often which requires multiple clicks. Everything else works perfectly including keyboard input etc but only mouse clicks. I'm using an Apple Magic Mouse and thought it could be a driver issue so tried a different mouse but same thing happened.
I use MS Excel 2003 often on Windows 7 because Excel 2011 for Mac is painfully slow for large spreadsheets and the unresponsive mouse clicks are driving me crazy!
Is there anyone having similar issues or suggestion to resolve the issue?
