2009 Mac Pro Crash Report

I need help with this guys. I'm getting quite few hard freezes/lockups. The system becomes totally unresponsive and requires a hard reset. I've removed all 3rd party ram and that didn't do anything.

I'm having a hard time dissecting this crash report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
