The New Year Is Jubilant Indeed!

http://www.alexwait.com/Nortonvillea...er/index3.html

As you might tell, I'm pretty pumped.

I have been working trying to get a ticker on one of my pages for school.
Now it's finally done.

Testing on Windows computers is greatly appreciated, but any comers are welcome.

Very nice. I'm happy for you (i might even use that myself some day ), but I don't think that's enough to make the year good heh

Would be nice if you could get the whole box to be the button and not just the text though (or maybe its that way in other browsers, but in safari just the text is a button)

It's not really a button, but more of a hotspot.

Does putting your mouse over the box in that's not text make it happen to?

I'm using the onMouseOver event for the <div> tag.

I was mistaken before actually. Putting the cursor over the box DOES make it happen, but brushing the cursor over the text makes it continually redraw

I think that happens because the mouseover event is being fired twice almost at the same time and causes some werid stuff.

For what I'll be using, there won't be any of that.. (just an image).
