I accidentally deleted all the texts from one contact and would like to restore them.
I have an odd backup on my laptop that I can see using iBackupBot, but those are only to August (I usually don't back up to this machine)
I do have an iCloud backup from last night though.
I'm on iOS6 (4s), can I do a restore from that? I found a site that details the master reset but it's in iOS5 and this one seems different. (Settings\General\Reset\Erase All Content and Settings ..... he claimed when he selected that his next option was to restore from backup or wipe - my only option is Erase iPhone or Cancel.... unless I get yet another option if I select Erase)
If I do this, am I forced to upgrade to 7? Which I suppose I can deal with. I'd like to get this resolved prior to midnight when it backs up again!
