Hey,

I just pluged a microphone into the audio-in spot and went to system prefs and set it to audio-in and turn up the mic volume and nothing!

I want to get this mic going for chat. What do I do next to figure this out? I tried another mic so that is out of the question....

I did help you out :) You have to get a powered mic it should say it on the poackage, not sure what they look like :)

Or make it eaiser and get a Logitech USB mic from almost any store that sells computers.

I did some searching and I found one. Found it cheaper on eBay. It's the same one as the Apple Store's. I should have it in a week.
