I hate Apple's Podcast App - how to show downloaded podcasts only???\

I finally updated to iOS 7 last night and dl'd the Podcasts app. I subscribe to 15-16 podcasts and currently only have downloaded 3.
This is what I do:
  1. I manage podcasts through iTunes.
  2. I download podcasts every day.
  3. I listen then I delete via iTunes and start over.

This is simple right? Ive never had a problem w/ the Podcast portion of the Music app before.
Now last night when I synced to the podcast app, it populated all my subscriptions in "My Podcasts" and shows the all the podcasts that I can download and the ones I downloaded via the lil number icon.

How can I get the list to show only the podcasts I downloaded? I dont want to have to open each one to see which one I downloaded.
