Simple few requests from the case that I search for:
1. Complete protection in its closed/travel state, magnet won't suffice.
2. I need to be able to read from it comfortably for long time, no risk of ipad coming out of the case while reading, and having the top cover not causing any discomfort when put perfectly aligned with the back.
3. Having a watch movie state is a plus.
I prefer it to be less expensive then the apple case, and I prefer executive look instead of casual/vintage one.
