Does Apple have a service solution for government computers that cannot be repaired without a government representative monitoring the repair? A friend of mine is having trouble finding someone to fix her government-owned laptop without handing it off. She has to be in possession of it at all times. (No, she does not work for a government dept with a ridiculously large budget for IT services).

Wouldn't it make more sense for your friend to check with someone where she works...legal department, her supervisor, or the like, instead of a lot of guessing here?:)
