Question about Movies purchased on iTunes

They stay in the "cloud" correct?

Meaning escencially i could save storage space but not installing them into the HD. I could just leave then in my itunes and download via cloud and erase when done watching? Then re-download again when i please correct?

They do. BUT I'd download a copy if I were you as there has been past instances where films have vanished due to changes in licensing agreements between the film maker and apple.
