Best place to find Motion Video specialists?

Other than elance - where do you suggest one looks for a freelancer who can do a :30 promo video in Motion which includes animated stock video footage, text, etc.?

Thanks for any help!

I suggest you try out IntroChamp. It has hundreds of intros templates. Its around $10.00 for HD version. You simply try a template you like input your text and it renders and plays it before you buy. Its pretty cool. Used it a few times. Very high quality.

Thanks. But I have a specific script and vision in mind for the final product and a template won't work.

Found odesk. But if anyone else has any thoughts, post them here..

Is there a reason you're specifically looking for it to be done in Motion? Do you need the project files when done, or just the rendered output?

Maybe required for FCPX?
Ill jump into Motion at times to re-publish or create templates for FCPX clients.
Of course Im all After Effects as far as Motion Design goes :)

i also do freelance motion graphics and animation work if you're ever in need in the future. After Effects only, if that makes any difference...
