You all told me awhile ago that my dad should download anything to his phone on the computer he uses full time. (He's never using mine.) However, there was a recent upgrade to my 5C and that make me think he has the 5S. How does he update his phone's software?
I can't figure out what version of iTunes he is using because the appearance and the way it works is very different from mine.
I am not sure if everybody here has a Mac system or if some of you have some Mac products and maybe a PC to post to the internet when convenient.
