According to Apple's RAM specs page for the Late 2013 iMac, it does use the same DDR3 PC3-12800 1.5V RAM as the 2012.
However, you actually need DDR3L 1.35V modules and you are best advised to use iMac-specific RAM made for the machine like Crucial's CT2C8G3S160BM (currently $148 at Amazon.com). The Haswell Macs are extremely sensitive with third party RAM upgrades, particularly at 32GB.
