App Installing itself

There was a great app called cartoon HD which was unsuprisigley pulled from the app store. Today i came across there website http://gappcenter.com/cartoon/ and i noticed they still had button for the app store. When you tab the button on an iPhone the app installs itself without the app store.

Anyone have any ideas....is it safe to use??

the app is perfectly safe to use ive had it since it was on the appstore. its an awesome app with tons of movies and shows all for free and awesome quality. what you're downloading is the updated version of the app which uses an entterprise certificate or something. download it u wont b disappointed

From everything I've read, what that site is doing is a no-no. At some point apple might revoke the enterprise certificate if they find out.
