help! iv turned my ssd drive (all of it) to OSX Base System and i cant reinstall osx

i have a macbook pro 13 " i got a new ssd drive and installed it

when i tryed to reinstall i did a mistake and all of my new ssd drive is locked and i can do anything to it , cant have pertitions or nothing.

i want to reinstall mavericks but it wont let me cuz its locked

what should i do ?!?!?!?!?

tried that didnt work

tried that it didnt work
it just loads the os x utilities
and it doesnt let me do anything to the SSD drive
its locked !

what should i do

im restarting my mbp all the time and holding command + R but nothing happens
what am i doing wrong ?
i see on youtube ppl do it , but it doesnt come up in my mbp

how can i reinstall the osx if my ssd drive is locked ?

please help

ok now its unlocked

ok now its unlocked

and i have made 2 partitions , now how do i install the osx mavricks

if i try to reinstall the osx in osx utilities it tells me i didnt buy osx lion from the app store so i cant install mavericks. it doesnt let me buy it also

what do i do ?

how do i install the a osx now ?
