Dear all, I need some urgent help as my MacBook has "crashed".
I just plugged in a brand new Samsung M3 Portable 1TB external hard disk into my MacBook. It prompted me (without me configuring anything to it yet) if I wanted to use it as a backup and I said Yes. The next time I know, the whole computer froze with a message asking me to hard reset the laptop ( same as shown in the attached photo).
So I tried the hard restart (and several more times after that too). The apple screen came up but then gave way to that "please restart" message screen again.
Will really appreciate it if anyone has any idea how to get me out of this predicament!
