Duplicate Notes

Hi,
I'm running 10.9.2 on both my Mac Pro & MacBook Air and they both keep duplicating my notes, so I'll have a note and then it duplicates it but if you delete the duplicate, it deletes the original also?!

Whats going on here, anyone else have this problem?
