There's been a couple programs that have come and gone that I know were confirmed to work. The ZDnet and then SYS tool which only works on windows xp. ZDnet just doesn't work on Mavericks and with systool I get a driver unsigned error. So on windows 7 what are my options? Running early 2008 Mac Pro 64 2 X 2.8 ghz Xeon processors 8 gb ram, gtx 770 graphics card 64bit bit windows 7, on mavericks. My reason for wanting this increase in CPU performance is because I am running Dolphin --> That gamecube emulator and I am very close to being able to play at 100% all the time peformance, aka just flawless smooth transitions. Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time.
