An alternative:

On your computer: cleanphone

On your iDevice: iCleaner (non-jailbroken)

On your iDevice: iCleaner(Pro) (jailbroken)
Where are those apps? Can't say that I see iCleaner (non-jailbroken) in the App Store. As for computer, do you perhaps mean PhoneClean (or is there a different app that's called clean phone)?

Sorry!
Messed up on the app store app: It's XCleaner by WONJOO JANG.

I have it loaded on my iPhone and does a terrific job.
(Upon reflection... not even sure if it is still in the app store?)

Doesn't look like it is in the App Store any more. I always wonder though how well these types of apps (that don't require a jailbreak) might work given all the iOS limitations and sandboxing in place.

You could easily clear up Facebook junk and cache files by logging out and logging back in. No special app, jailbreak or PC required, literally takes 5 seconds.

BatteryDoctor doesn't seem to clean anything on iPhones with 64GB and 128GB capacity.

Edit: I just realized that this is an old thread, like two years old. Lol!
