Every time I go into my voicemails screen on my iPhone 5, it always shows the deleted voicemails like this :

iPhone 5 here and no, all fine with visual voicemail. Mind you, I don't have any blocked messages and perhaps they cause the problem?
Haven't seen this in visual voicemail, but I have noticed the odd alignment issue in Mail. Apparently its not TOO uncommon in iOS 7.
I had this same issue not to long ago. Glad to know it wasn't just me then. Had a hard time deleting the message but was finally able to and haven't and the issue since.
