iPhone Battery Drain 7.1 -> iPhone 5S

Hello,

I'm a new user of iPhone 5S. Right now I'm running iOS 7.0.5. I read that there are problems with iOS 7.1 about battery. I'm afraid to update. Is this a real problem?

Battery usage with iOS 7.1 didn't change much from 7.0.6. If anything it may have gotten better, but as long as I make it through the day on a single charge, I'm happy.

My battery life got noticeably better using 7.1 compared to 7.0.4 and 7.0.6. People's experiences vary. I guess you will have to try it to know for sure.

Mines definitely slightly worse than 7.0.x. Even after setting it up as a new phone I only get about 80% of the usage that I did on 7.0.x.
