Turn on and off cellular data automatically

I am looking for an app that can turn my cellular data on and off when I leave the house automatically. I know you can do it on Android via various apps like IFTTT, but I was not able to replicate it on iOS.

Any ideas or suggestions that you guys have come across?

Jailbreak. Plenty of ways to do it after that. I know of no app in the app store that would do this.
